1949/1951, 75th Anniversary of UPU, all four mini sheets mint never hinged (three with gum toning): Foglietti 8 in size 14,2:11,8 cm (10.000 issued), Foglietti 9 in size 15:11,2cm (11.660 issued), Foglietti 10 in size 14,5:11,4cm (10.000 issued), Foglietti 11 in size 15:11,3cm (6.000 issued). The sizes differ from the measurements given in Sassone catalogue; this doesn't mean necessarily that the sheets were trimmed afterwards, it could also be likely that this is simply an inaccuracy/randomness of manufacturing.
