1960s-90s Issues largely complete with minor duplication in parts, includes 1967-69 Birds, 1972-76 Wildlife, 1983-84 Fruit set singles plus marginal blocks of 4, 1988-98 Birds, etc, also se-tenants, gutter strips, sheetlets & M/Ss including Show issues with lots of attractive thematic interest plus a few FDCs, generally very fine unmounted, stated Cat £1000+.
1914 'G.R.I.' Overprints '2½d.' on 20pf blue with Double Overprint and additionally with No Fraction Bar in '½' SG 104ae, Cat £850++. BPA Certificate (1933) as Double Overprint but not mentioning the omitted fraction bar; Briefmarkenprufstelle Basel Certificate (2004) mentions both varieties and states "According to Gibbs unique". [Robert Gibbs at page 267 indicates that only one mint example of the dual variety has been recorded. However, he subsequently recorded a second example: see his certificate with Lot 2061]
1914 'G.R.I.' Overprints '2½d.' on 20pf blue with Double Overprint and additionally with No Fraction Bar in '½' SG 104ae being the first unit in a horizontal strip of 3 (the last unit without Double Overprint) tied to small piece by Apia cds of 24.11.14, Bothe guarantee handstamps, Cat £1340++. Briefmarkenprufstelle Basel Certificate (2004) and Robert Gibbs Certificate (2010) that states "...I have recorded...two examples...in which one impression shows No Fraction Bar, one in an unused pair, the other being in this used strip of three". However, it is evident that both overprints impacting the first unit are without the fraction bar.
1914 'G.R.I.' Overprints '1 Shillings.' on 1mk red SG 111 with Shaved Stop after 'I', a trifle aged & very minor gum-thin, Cat £3250 plus a premium for the variety, which is not listed by Gibbons or Robert Gibbs. Two Briefmarkenprufstelle Basel Certificates (2009; "unmounted mint") and (2021; "hinge remainder"!, which had been obscuring the gum-thin).
1914 'G.R.I.' Overprints '3 Shillings.' on 3mk violet-black SG 113, very lightly mounted, Cat £1400. Two Briefmarkenprufstelle Basel Certificates (2009; "virtually unmounted mint") and (2021; "hinge remainder"!, which is no longer present).

Ex Tunisia UPU Specimen Collection. BPA Certificate (2015) "is genuine".
