In the margins colour identifications "B 2090 blå" and "4 öre B 1049" + "10 st 4" and "20 st 10", all handwritten and probably telling the number of cliche's to be made for each value. All mounted on black card 12×10,5 cm. A unique postal history item for the first stamp issue of this local post. A real gem for any exhibition collection! (Image1)

Sweden, Local MOTALA **/*/used, An extensive collection, being THE ONE which was the base for the Motala Handbook (written by Bo Olsson and friends of him). All issues (except No 3) in all perforation varieties and in complete sheets. No 4-7 in both sheets of 10 and 20. Colour nuances in sheets, double perf. sheets etc. The UNIQUE sheet of No 2, mentioned in the handbook, with an albino printed vertical row in the middle, commercial covers of No 2 B and 6 B. All stamps commercial used, mostly on pieces and envelopes. FDC of No 4-7. Several (all!) reprints in sheets, complete sheet of the chess-stamp. No 4-7 in complete booklets of 100 stamps - each in pristine condition including printed covers showing enlarged stamps. A collection with several very rare exhibition items! (Image1)
