1865 postal stationery envelope from Lithuania with double cercle cancel "via Vilna, Erquelines and French TPO to Camargue France, it was not allowed to send these envelopes abroad, so far less than 10 postal stationery envelopes of the first editions of the Russian Empire abroad have become known, these were usually postage due paid because the value levels of the envelopes did not correspond to the foreign postage, some wrinkles, completely insignificant in rarity, RR (Image)
