Romania Austrian Levant Post Offices, 1844, consular post in Moldau/Walachy, from BUKUREST with very rare single line cancellation to Rinteln/Schaumburg/Thurn & Taxis, disinfected by the condumats facility ROTHENTURN, with usual analogous cancellation in black and three seals reverse, single diagonal line m/s in black ink for part of franco, fully paid 12 kr (6+6) to the Austrian border and Austrian domestic rate - m/s note of 12 kr reverse, m/s 12 kr in black ink at upper right for the Thurn/Taxis transit for the 2th weight progression but the letter was 3rd progression of 1 - 1 1/2 loth, the receiver had to pay 9 1/4 Silbergroschen charged at middle left m/s in pink ink, prior blued tax annulated because of a higher weight progression, an exceedingly rare envelope, XF!
