1900: Die Proofs (3) by the American Banknote Co. for President Romaña 22 c. value, with two progressive sunken Die Proofs engraved in black on thick cards (circa 85 x 84 mm.), both with uncleared surrounds and dummy vignettes (one with white background and near completed example with black background, this last with file number 'C-477' at base), together with the completed design in yellow-green & black imperforate on thin smooth surfaced paper numbered 'C-478' with ABN imprint.
