image 1887: 5 c. blue used on underpaid 1890 cover to Bordeaux tied by "VILLA RICA" despatch cds (Dec 15) and struck on despatch with circular "VILLA RICA / T" marking in red. Buenos Aires transit on reverse and carried by French Packet "Orenoque" with circular "LIGNE J / PAQ. FR. No. 4" in blue. Short paid amount noted next to adhesive '25' and taxed at double the deficiency with 1881 Postage Due 10 c. black pair and 30 c. on arrival in Bordeaux. Readdressed and again taxed in Arcachon with Postage Due 10 c. black (2) and 30 c. black (Jan 17, 1891).
