1944 Special issue for registered letters 'ZL 3 ZL & bars' opt on 1935 Officials (6gr) blue & (12gr) red, prepared but unissued as new communist authorities objected to the 'crowned' Polish Eagle in design. VF fresh MNH, 2nd sl cnr crease, nice never hinged original gum. Fi VI-VII cat zl35,000 = A$13,000. Both exp Krawczyk (PZF expert) but no cert is obtainable so offerred very cheaply. Great rarity.
