image 1925 POSTCARD from Tel Aviv addressed to Tel Aviv with “TO PAY/2/MILLIEMES” Box handstamp, even though the correct 4m rate is attached. But under careful examination, the 1m attached stamp was previously used, making the 1m deficiency, doubled into 2m due. As no return address, the post office tried to collect from the addressee but to no avail. Therefore the 2m Second postage due stamp was voided with a “NOT COLLECTED” box handstamp.
