Mississippi' of the River Plate Line from Montevideo to Buenos Ayres (Armstrong correspondence) tied by oval ‘Admon De Correos / Montevideo' datestamp (Sept 19) in black. A superb cover, the earliest recorded date of use for the Block Letters issue on cover.
