1945, "MUSCAT 1 FEB 45" cds. on wrapper bearing block of three 1 1/2 An. deep violet, blue registration label with provisional "MUSCAT" handstamp No.31, addressed to Fort Bombay with british censor "(CROWN) PASSED DHC/49", prefolded with some usual crease and tiny flaw.
