On the frontside double-line handstamp "INTERNEERINGSGROEP / ROTTERDAM", boxed "EXPRESSE" and circular german censor "Cöln-Deutz". In addition manuscript taxation "60" (Pfennig) in blue to pay the extra fee for express delivery to german places in the countryside.
