A rare, if gumless, stamp & significantly harder to obtain than the dull blue shade that is still not listed by Gibbons. Chris Ceremuga Certificate (2017) states "...960 believed issued, of which a proportion were remaindered & officially destroyed". [Better centred than the very lightly mounted example sold at our auction of 29.11.2016 for $3660]
