[Correctly rated 1/9d for the first ½oz + 1/8d for each successive ½oz. It appears the 2c fee was charged in Holland for the redirection]
POSTMARKS: Selection with better types including rubber 'POST OFFICE/* AITAPE *', double-circle 'DISTRICT OFFICE/AMBUNTI' x2 (one on cover), 'DISTRICT OFFICE/KAVIENG' in red, double-circle 'POST KAVIENG' in violet x2, huge 'POST OFFICE/KIETA', double-circle 'DISTRICT OFFICER/KIETA', etc, many of the strikes are very fine to superb.
