POSTAL HISTORY: 1935-45 group all to or via Australia comprising 1935-36 to Melbourne x5 at 30c letter rate plus 50c surcharge for airmail to USA only (one double surcharge) including typed endorsements for onwards carriage by SS "Mariposa", "Monterey" or "Makura", 1942 to New Zealand with 20c single, US censor tape and 'HOLANDA/RESURGIRA' patriotic label on back tied Wellington arrival, 1944 to Lindfield NSW registered with Los Angeles 'APR/4' & Sydney '18MY44' b/s censored in USA and on arrival, plus 1945 (April) to same address at 90c rate not censored, a few blemishes but mostly fine.
