The famous 1974 fourth edition of the Celis - Mexico catalogue, generally considered as the masterwork by Guillermo Celis and a classic handbook of Mexican philately. Concentrating on the early 19th century and the 1914-1915 Revolucion Issues, the catalogue describes in greatest detail all aspects of the stamps, postal history and postal markings. In importance this excellent catalogue and handbook is equal to the 1958 Kneitschel catalogue of Argentina. A classic publication, published in a limited edition of 1100 copies of which this is Nr. 277. Scarce and sought after.
