DISINFECTED COVER & UNCOMMON POSTAGE DUE MARKS: 28 Oct. 1893 env from Messina to Malta, franked 20c and having on reverse, large part oval "[disinfected]/Lazaretto Malta" cachet dated 30 Oct. Appears to have small disinfection slits at left of env. Also, 5 Mar. 1904 PPC from Valetta to Hull franked ½d green with bold "T" mark, "CENTIMES/5" in circle and "1d/f.b" mark on arrival.
