LUXEMBOURG COLLECTION, includes several hundred mint and used singles but mostly mint, hinged on Scott album pages, the collection runs to about 1974 and includes some B.O.B. with a strong Semi-Postal section, there are a number of duplicates in glassines which are sorted throughout the pages, the overall condition is mixed and there are faults to be expected, values up to about $100 with some higher, a good basis for a starter collection into this area (Image)
