"KUWAIT", used on registered airmail cover to New Delhi in 1927, tied by "KUWAIT PERSIAN GULF/20 JLY 47" double-ring d/s, provisional Reg. label (V.P. label with V.P. deleted and handstamped KUWAIT) and airmail label alongside, New Delhi '27 JLY 47' arrival dater on the reverse. The cover is slightly toned/stained but still fine. A PHILATELIC BUT VERY RARE USAGE OF THE 5r. ON COVER.
