King, Q.D.C." handed directly to the ship's Captain and so with only the "1/-" arrival charge, rare 2 Nov. 1831 EL (long interesting contents ref. cholera in GB, hurricane in Barbados & avoiding postage) from London to Vere "P. Packet" charged "2/2" and then "3/9" with Lombard St. red d.s. on the flap and a mainly very fine rare London West India Room "A" in circle Inspector's Mark (Jay L1045; only recorded 1830-33), and 1828 EL (family letter) from "WORTHING 71" (mileage mark) to Kingston "Pr.
