1907, 5 Ch red "Shah Mozaffar" postal stationery card with ovp "PROVISOIRE 1319", uprated with 2 x 2 Ch violet-grey and 12 Ch blue "coat of arms", sent registered with oval dater from SULTANABAD-ARAK, 21.6.07, along with full message on reverse to Stuttgart in Württemberg Germany. On the frontside german r.p.o. registration label "Vom Auslande über Bahnpost 5" and arrival marks, card partly shortened on top and some traces of usage, else F/VF condition. (Image)
