1979, (ATM piloting issue). One of the very first ATM issues in the world that has been the subject of "legends" for almost 40 years, is the Frama ATM issue of April 13, 1979, available for just one day at the Athens Post Office, Syntagma Square. Withdrawn after only one day, this ATM issue was "denied" by the post authorities. The offered lot contains a unique collection with the items: KEY SET, 3 ATM at 4.00, 5.00 and 7.00 Drachmas, ZERO PRINT 00.00 Drachmas, ATM 1.00 Drachmas (lowest known face value), ATM 90.00 Drachmas (highest known face value), ATM 5.00 Drachmas with 3 pink strips from the end of the roll (all stamps mint, NH), a POSTCARD with ATM 5.00 and first day cancelation 13.4.1976 Athens, Syntagma Square as well as a FDC with ATM 4.00 with 3 pink end strips and same cancelation as above. ÷ 1979, ATM Pilotausgabe.
