Includes three Scott specialty albums and one stock book for the Soviet Union, two White Ace binders and one stock book for Israel, and two Minkus albums for UAR. The collections run until about 1990. The UAR/Egypt/Syria holding is quite good, mostly mint with a high level of completeness.
