Due to be carried on the first Northbound flight AN47 but this was delayed due to emergency landing in a swamp near Broken Hill. A "Special Flight" was arranged with the City of Baghdad taking mail on the 2 Feb North, Broken Hill, Mpika, Mbeya, Dodoma, Moshi & Nairobi.
