1901 US postal stationery card 1c used from Mayaguez to St. Thomas via New York, underpaid 5 centimes (= 1c) and getting a tax duplex h/s New York, marked "2" (cents) for double missing payment, with '04.11.1901' despatch dater and St. Thomas '27/11 1901' arrival cds. The card lightly creased but scarce, and well written up on album page.
