1980, Europa Cept "Famous Persons", 150ö. "Jakob Jakobsen" and 200ö. "Vensel Ulrich Hammershaimb", not issued 1st edition in combined recess-/offset-print and comb perf. 13:12¾, both stamps from the upper right corner of the sheet, mint never hinged. This 1st edition was printed by Security Printers Sedel Tryckeriet in Helsinki and was rejected due to quality issues; it differs from the issued design by the perforation and the combined printing. The present set does not originate from the quantities which were designated for destruction but instead from the sheets of 20 stamps which were sold in 2015. These sheets are the only stamps which were approved and released by the Faroe PTT for the philatelic market. The value of 150ö. shows erased pencil annotations which referred to a marked flaw on position 15. Accompanied by two photocopies of certificates Möller BPP for the sheets.
