1862 'Coat of Arms' 5c. rose, no accent, block of four and three singles used on registered letter from Concordia to Curuzu-Cuatia, dated '3 Mayo 1863'. The single tied by "CONCORDIA" oval handstamp, the multples by boxed "CERTIFICADO" all in black. The block of four shortly touched at lower right, wide margins else, and fine except a few minor traces of use. AN EXTRAORDINARY FRANKING, AND ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT COVERS OF THIS STAMP, (along with a cover bearing a strip of seven), AND MOST ATTRACTIVE. ÷ 1862 5 c. rosa, sin acento, tres sellos sueltos y un bloque de cuatro, utilizado en carta certificada de Concordia a Curuzu-Cuatia, fechado '3 Mayo 1863'. "ESTERO", tied by Genova '2.9.77' cds, and on arrival the underpaid cover got an Italian postage due stamp 1l. tied by '3.9.77' Venice arrival datestamp.
