1869, small cover sent from Buenos Aires to France, mailed through the French Postal Agency in Buenos Aires, franked France 1868 'Napoleon' 80c. tied by Anchor in diamond of dots, red boxed "PD" and octagonal "BUENOS AIRES/12/JANV./69" despatch d/s alongside, Bordeaux transit dater on the reverse. This cover was carried from Buenos Aires to Rio aboard the Messagaries Maritimes packet steamer "Aunis". Cover's backflap missing and minor imperfections but still good. (Image)
