1914, 10 Q red "Skanderbeg" postal stationery card, on reverse full message dated DURAZZO, 17.7.1914, addressed to Dresden in Germany. This time refers to the short-lived "Principality of Albania" when Prince William of Wied became sovereign and resided in Durazzo from 7.3.1914 to 3.9.1914. In consequence the used postcard became invalid for postage, marked by handstamp "T" and charged with german postage due "PORTO Dresden" on arrival. Interesting postal history item in VF condition.
