Balance of a consignment of forged/faked GRI Overprints to '2s.' on 2mk x3 variously with Inverted, Double or Triple Overprints, Transposed Letters etc, plus Samoa GRI '2 Shillings.' on 3mk & '5 Shillings' on 5mk x2, most also have forged guarantee handstamps, a few with faults but most are fine to very fine. A dangerous group that nonetheless are valuable as reference material.

1914-15 6mm Spacing '2d.' on 10pf red SG 3 block of 4, well centred, two complete strikes of the 2-line linotype '- RABAUL -/* Oct 17 1914 *' datestamp in violet being the First Day of Issue, Cat £480+
1914-15 6mm Spacing '2½d.' on 10pf red & '2½d.' on 20pf blue SG 5 & 6 blocks of 4, the latter marginal from the base of the sheet, unmounted, Cat £820++ for mounted singles. Chris Ceremuga Certificate (2001) for the SG 6 block.

1914-15 6mm Spacing '5d.' on 50pf SG 10 horizontal pair, central strike of the 2-line linotype '- RABAUL -/* Oct 17 1914 *' datestamp in violet being the First Day of Issue, Cat £2000+. A very scarce multiple, greatly enhanced by the FDI cancel.
1914-15 High Values with 3½-4mm Spacing '1s.' on 1mk red SG 12, a bit aged & with a couple of minor stains/blemishes, lightly mounted, Cat £3500. [A slightly better example sold at our auction of 6.8.2021 for $1915]
1914-15 High Values with 3½-4mm Spacing '2s.' on 2mk blue SG 13, a couple of tiny gum-thins where somebody has tried to remove a paper-hinge remnant, Cat £3250. 'KOSACK' guarantee h/s & Chris Ceremuga Certificate (2004). [The similar 'Besancon' (III) example sold for SFr1630]

1915 Overprints on German-Pattern Registration Labels '3d.' on 'Rabaul/(Deutsch Neuguinea)' SG 33, tied to small piece by superb oval 'RABAUL/JAN 4 1915/NEW BRITAIN' d/s in violet being the First Day of Issue, Cat £325.
