image BRITISH FORCES IN ALBANIA INWARDS MAIL; July 1913 env. to Malta endorsed 'Scutari No Malta Stamps Available' with seriffed "T" and circular "1D" h.s. on front and signed by the Commanding Officer at left with a framed "F.R." d.s. nearby. Rare example of mail from this 'forgotten' army of 300 men. Similar example in our Dec. 1993 sale sold for £240 plus an Apr. 1914 PPC (depicting Scutari) to Valetta ex Corfu .
