1944 (Jan 2) Thai Red Cross message form from George Powell in the Civilian Internment Camp, Bangkok, to his mother in Australia, handstamped circular "INTERNMENT CAMP / CENSORED / Bangkok, Thailand", red cachets of "THE THAI RED CROSS" and the International Red Cross at Geneva (May 8), British and Australian censors, received Aug 4. Also the Australian Red Cross Society delivery envelope posted at Melbourne (Aug 6) franked 2½d, and enclosed slip "You may not use this form for a reply to this message". Also Form B33 explaining how to address messages to prisoners in Japanese hands and typed slip "You may not use this form for a reply to this message". A fine and rare message form.
