India. 1942-44 Stampless covers (2) and postcard from India all to civilians who were not interned by the Japanese, all three headed "Prisoner of War Post" and censored in India, comprising a cover from Karikal (French India) to S. Gobalswamy in Kuala Lumpur (flap missing); cover from Dinigut to Eden Peters, Homeo Medical Hall in Kuala Lumpur with violet "c/o PRISONER OF WAR / INFORMATION BUREAU / TOKYO"; and a postcard from Tanjore to J.S Annapillay, clerk at the Post Office at Kulim in Kedah, with Japanese censor cachet. Also India G.P.O leaflet with separate amendment page on communicating with P.O.Ws and civilians in Japanese territory, with a covering letter to S.R Chettiar. A few cover faults but very scarce and unusual. (4).
