image C13 65¢ 1930 Graf Zeppelin tied by Washington, DC cancel on small dual-cacheted cover flown Friedrichshafen-Lakehurst w/ (2) $1.30 Zeppelins (C14) added later to pay the $2.60 rate, backstamped green Lakehurst Zeppelin receiver, 31 May, Fine & quite rare, unusual & unique FDC, 1975 AFDCS Cert (Michel 66G) The FDC was apparently delivered to the addressee, Walter Feeney in Irvington, NJ, who then added the (2) $1.30 stamps in time for the voyage to Germany & flight from Friedrichshafen to Lakehurst (Image)
