NH with the number 3 on top stamp and 13 bottom stamp (both are very light and on the reverse). 1995 PFC (289767) states, “It is a genuine never hinged Scott 832a, 1938 printing, purple and black.” However the certificate fails to mention a diagonal crease affecting the top stamp.
