"1906909"; small nick at the left, not affecting any stamps, otherwise Very Fine and very rare. Submitted as a way to print revenue stamps that would make them adhere more strongly to "cellophane, wooden boxes, etc.", so that the stamps would not become detached and be reused.(Image)
