Large Mint Sheet Lot with Souvenir Pages - 16 USPS "American Commemorative Collections" albums with 350-400 souvenir pages along with a mint sheet most of the time, and sometimes a mint sheet without a souvenir page. Binders are labeled 1983-1998, which covers the 20c era through the 32c era, but many sheets in the 50c-78c were spotted when we counted up the postage. The souv. pages are not stamped/cancelled.
