Blue Palmetto Flag, handstamp (CSA FSC-4) on reverse of "Two Dogs Fighting" Civil War caricature Northern patriotic cover with an additional but mirror image strike on front across caricature; double circle Northampton MS Jun 7 1861 postmark and franked with 3¢ dull red (26) tied circular grid cancel, addressed to Philadelphia; a highly unusual Civil War patriotic; cover is split open on three sides, reduced at top and left, bottom fold hinge reinforced, stamp with small flaws, Fine, 1988 PF certificate which declines opinion as to the blue flag handstamps.
