PLATE BLOCK COLLECTION, includes a few dozen different B.O.B. plate blocks, mounted on Scott album pages, the collection runs to about 1958, the overall condition is mixed and there are some faults and seps to be expected, good Airmails and some Special Delivery but most of the value here is in the Postage Dues section, centering is generally in the Fine-Very Fine range, there are several items with catalog values in the $100-500 range here, also includes most of the modern Officials, plenty of value and worth a look (Image)
