A very rare stamp, of which only five or six examples have been recorded.
According to Wolfgang Hellrigl (China Clipper, Sept. 1986): "There is no shadow of a doubt in my mind that this 'stamp' actually forms part of the set of 'Officials', too great are the affinities with the basic 5 values….
