Franked with a black, blue, brick-red, yellowish-brown and gold 3-kopek Totma Zemstvo stamp (Schmidt #1, Chuchin 1a, issued in 1894), endorsed by pen and black ink in manuscript showing the date: June 9, 1894 (9 ???? 1894 ?). There is no indication of the date of arrival in the city of Totma. The cover is a reuse of a printed paper. There is a wax seal on the reverse.
