Topham" to Scotland, rated 8d. inward Ship Letter charge plus 8d. inland postage from Portsmouth to London for a total of 1/4d. with an additional manuscript "6" on the face uprating the charges to 1/10d., the charge from London to Greenock being 1/2d. it appears to be 8d. underpaid and showing, on reverse across join, a largely fine boxed "commercial rooms/Kingston Jamaica" CR3 a little over-cancelled by arrival datestamp (28.7).
