1953, 20 L blue postal stationery card with various errors: only printed in black and blue, resulting in only the inscriptions, the blue stamps and the basics of the vignette, on the reverse (inverted) the inscriptions, the "perforation" of the stamp and the yellow/brown colour of the vignette.
