"I received" from the recipient. Usual vertical file fold through 2 R. stamp. One of the oldest known certified letters. An attractive cover showing very fresh colors and an important rarity of Spanish Dominion issues. Cert. Graus ÷ 1862, 5 Cuartos bermellon, pareja y 2 Reales carmin. ALBAY a MANILA. Mataselo PARRILLA COLONIAL. Inscripcion "Certificado de Albay", en el interior "recibi" del destinatario, archivo vertical habitual plegado. Una de las cartas certificadas mas Antiguas conocidas.
