image 1857 Halifax forwarded letter from Liverpool (27th Feb. 1857) to Harbor Grace, Newfoundland, obviously carried by private vessel to Halifax, "FORWARDED BY T.C. KINNEAR & Co." (oval handstamp in red on back), with Halifax '24 March 1857' and St. Johns transit c.d.s. on back, '31 March 1857' arrival c.d.s. (along with loops or anchor h/s (fancy canel?)) on front.
