image 1897 Two different postal stationery cards 1d. on 1½d. gray used (corner crease), one picture card (3 curved lines, period after PENNY) used from Walfish Bay (British Enclave within German area) to Pola, Austria (now Croatia) in 1903, with "K.u.K. Kriegsmarine" datestamp et al., and second card (2 curved lines) used in 1897 from Cape Town to Trieste via Batum (very unusual route). (Image)
