Benin 2007, Revaluation overprints, 715fr. on 2005 250fr. Rotary, top marginal copy mint never hinged, slight creasing and faint fingerprints (irrelevant). This 715fr. surcharge is an error of setting which occured on pos. 2 of overprinted sheets 175fr. on 250fr. (Michel no. 1404). The errors were detected and separated before sale, by which most of the stamps were damaged. Only 290 stamps with this variety do exist. Mi. 1.000,- €++. Gold Medal Winners, not issued, in combination with three other values on registered airmail cover from "COTONOU 24.9.2009" to Nice/France with next day COTONOU CENTRE transit mark on reverse. Michel no. LXIV shows some slight imperfections which are normal for that issue and not a fault in the original sense. Michel cat.value 850,- € for never hinged, no price given for used on cover.
