image 1906-10 Multiple Crown CA issue overprinted "SPECIMEN", the ¼d, 2d, 2½d and 4d in vertical strips of five, the ½d green and 1d red in horizontal strips of three, the 2d, 2½d and 4d strips each with worm hole to one stamp, all with some toning and little or no gum. Scarce multiples as distributed by the U.P.U, the distribution reduced from five stamps to three stamps on 1st October 1907. The ¼d and 4d clearly distributed before that date despite not being issued until 1908 or 1909; the ½d and 1d (& missing 2½d blue) distributed after that date in strips of three. S.G. 34/42s.
