Large carton of collector's remainders with lots of toning from poor storage but much better quality material notably a bundle of postal stationery including Registration Envelopes 1/0½d unused x8, a group of postally used Aerogrammes x14 & a batch of unused Dutch New Guinea issues, commercial covers including 'South Pacific Post' wrappers x50 approx to Germany with various frankings for 5d & 8d rates.

1952 Pictorials ½d to £1 complete in separate recessed frames on a single piece of board (265x240mm), a couple of minor bends & light overall aging. This is an official production for display, probably at Port Moresby, but not previously seen by us. [NB: these are not die proofs but perforated singles, as issued]
1962 Native Police 5/-, above-average centring, unmounted. Unissued. [The TPNG post office bulletin of January 1962 stated that a forthcoming issue would feature "a Native Affairs patrol..." It is believed the issue was abandoned in September 1962 and all but three sheets of the stamps were destroyed]
