POSTAL STATIONERY: 1994 (c.) '$3.45' on 41c Education-Science Envelope with 'Foenkaad Bureau' imprint, unused. Only the third example, & the only unused example, we have seen of this rare provisional issue of Postal Stationery prepared specifically for mailing phone card orders. Ex 'Tillie Mitchell'. [The two used examples sold at the Prestige auctions of 8.11.2013 & 30.9.2015 for $437 & $145 (a gift!) respectively]
